A hospital managed practice seeks a well-rounded Family Practitioner. As an employee you’ll practice the art of medicine without the burden of managing all of the day to day obligations. Responsibilities involve a wide mix of outpatient (only) family medicine procedures with some ancillary services. See patients of all ages and refer inpatient needs to the hospitalist department. Work schedule consists of 4.5 days/week. No call required; nurse practitioner handles backup coverage. Local hospital services over 140K residents and offers services in the areas of critical care, diagnostic imaging, surgery, cancer care, physical therapy, maternal & child health as well as nursing care & round-the-clock ER/trauma services.
