Established Patient Base: Step into a ready-made panel following a recent retirement.
Flexible Schedule: 4-day work week, just 32 clinical hours, and light 1:8 call.
Collaborative Environment: Work alongside experienced providers with mentorship opportunities.
Full-Scope Practice: Care for a diverse patient population (no OB).
Open to IM Physicians: Internal Medicine candidates are encouraged to apply.
Visa sponsorship is available.
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed Base Salary: Up to $350K depending on experience.
Additional Income: $70K+ in guaranteed call pay.
Student Loan Repayment: Up to $30K annually.
