A corrections facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in West Liberty, Kentucky.
The role involves a Monday through Friday schedule with a requirement to work 40 hours per week. Duties include caring for chronic clinic patients, specifically those with asthma and diabetes, and performing annual history and physical exams. A nurse will be assigned to assist with patient care and support.
Dates Needed: ASAP - 12 weeks, potential to extend
Case Load/PPD: 18-20 patients per day
