A corrections facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Danville, Kentucky.
This position requires a Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include managing chronic clinic patients, focusing on conditions such as asthma and diabetes, and conducting annual history and physical examinations. A nurse will be assigned to provide support.
Dates Needed: ASAP - 12 weeks, potential to extend
Case Load/PPD: 18-20 patients per day
