Primary Care Key Responsibilities:

• Approximately 12-20 patients per day in an outpatient setting, including diagnosis, care and treatment as well as consultations to other services when requested
• Typical shift M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm/7:30am-4:00pm, No call 
• This is not a remote position.  On-station telehealth eligible only (virtual visits - video, remote care by telephone)
• Available locations: Lafayette, Leesville, and Natchitoches, LA
• Distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order and evaluate diagnostic tests as appropriate
• Initiate appropriate referrals and consultations to other clinical services
• Initiate, evaluate, and change orders for medications
• May qualify for the Education Debt Reduction Program (up to $200K over a 5-year period)

• Competitive Salary: $230,000 - $260,000

?Preferred Experience:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. Non-Citizen candidates will be considered if a U.S. Citizen is not found
• Current full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in any State, Territory, Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
