The Department of Family Medicine at (Login for Information)is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician.
The ideal applicant will have a strong background in academics, however, all qualified candidates will be considered. As a full-time Faculty member of Tulane University, you will receive the Academic Rank of Assistant Professor and a competitive salary commensurate with experience, and also a fully comprehensive benefits package. This physician will have direct patient care responsibilities as well as teaching responsibilities in the classroom and in the clinic.

Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage primary care patients.
- Collaborate closely with specialists, nursing staff, and support teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in the education of medical students.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to best practice protocols.
- Maintain complete and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Attend and contribute to departmental-wide meetings and conferences.
- Participate in research and scholarly activity, if applicable.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited family medicine residency.
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Louisiana.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching and academic excellence.
- Interest in quality improvement, health disparities, or primary care research.
