Job Description
A community owned Critical Access Hospital in North Louisiana is recruiting a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join its expanding outpatient practice as part of a $51 million full campus modernization opening Summer 2026.
This is a rare opportunity to practice outpatient medicine with true stability, strong financial backing, and long-term leadership vision.
Practice Highlights:
$300,000 guaranteed base salary for 2 years
NHSC eligible, up to $250K+ student loan repayment available
Brand-new $51M replacement hospital opening Summer 2026
Outpatient-only practice
Dedicated hospitalist team (no inpatient responsibility)
Four exam rooms + private office per physician suite
Two dedicated clinical staff members per physician (LPN + MA)
Light call ,nursing home coverage only, primarily phone triage
Flexible schedule - 4 days + half day option
J-1 and H-1B visa support available
Open to new graduates
