Practice Information?

• Option for four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days
• Exclusively Monday ? Friday schedule
• 1:6 phone call rotation
• 45-90 minutes for new patient visits & 30 minutes for follow-up visits
• 20% administrative duties with the remainder being 80% patient facing
• Option for minor procedures and women?s health
• On-site lab
• Dedicated MA to assist with prescription refills, follow ups and more
• In-house diabetes specialists and three-person care management team
• Up to $300,000 salary with additional earning incentives plus a Medical Director stipend
