Family Medicine Multi Specialty Group job located in Maryland

Medical & Wellness Care is seeking to hire an Family Medicine / Primary Care Physician to assist in the growth of our practices which is located Brandywine Maryland and Waldorf Maryland.

Salary: $190,000.00 to $200,000.00 /year

The candidate needs to be licensed to practice in the state of Maryland.

The ideal candidate will have analytical decision making skills, a great customer care disposition, be team oriented, have high integrity and is a rapid learner with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.

The Physician is responsible for Reviewing patient files in accordance with state guidelines * Obtaining and reviewing patient medical and psychosocial history information relevant to patient care * Conducting physical examinations * Ordering and reviewing all lab work as well as diagnostic procedures including EKGs * Reviewing patient progress and managing patient care accordingly * Maintaining all required documentation for patient care and medication management * Documenting patient progress notes in the patient chart and/or EMR * Conducting consultations with patients regarding the program * Performing other clinical duties as required and needed to complete daily responsibilities and provide patient care * Assisting with the development of clinic specific protocols and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

M.D. from an accredited educational institution.
Unrestricted licensed to practice medicine in the State of Maryland .
Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registrations for the purpose of writing prescriptions.
Current Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course completion card.
Current Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers.
