Dates of Coverage:
-- Monday - Friday (9am-5pm) 8 hours max
-- Rotating every 3rd Saturday (8am-1pm), will be off on Thursday

-- Board Eligible/Certified in Family Medicine
-- Active state DEA
-- 2-3 Years Primary/Acute Care Experience
-- See ages 2+
-- BLS or ACLS or CPR 
-- Preferred experience in DOT and GYNE exams
