Details/Requirements:
--Must be Family Medicine
--Days to Credential: 90
--On-Call: no
--Minimum Shifts required: 36 hours per week, nine 4 hour sessions
--Duration: July 21, 2025 to March 31, 2026
--Looking for 1 provider
--Average 12 - 20 patients per day
--EMR is EPIC
--All ages
--Credentialing in 90 days as long as you work quickly with the med staff office
--Will consider new grads / current residents without MA state license. Currently working / locums providers need to have MA state license.

Required Qualifications:
--Up to date CSR and DEA required
--Board Certified
