Family Medicine job located in Massachusetts

A multi-site, mission-driven, non-profit organization north of Boston, employing over 700 staff, is adding Family Medicine Physicians. Our primary focus is on providing the highest quality patient care to a culturally diverse population. We are nationally recognized as a leader in community medicine (family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, and geriatrics).

About the Opportunity:

• Total outpatient
• 36 clinical hours per week
• All sites have EMR in place
• Clinics primarily serve the underserved.  Spanish-speaking skills would be a plus.
• Clinics see a mix of scheduled and walk-in patients.  A set provider is generally assigned the walk-in patients for a given day.
• Healthy base salary with RVU incentives
• Federal loan repayment is available

• A historic industrial city located 28 miles north of Boston
• Population of just under 80,000 residents with a diverse, largely Latino community
