Seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join an established Residency Program and help shape the future of Family Medicine.The program is an unopposed 4-4-4 program in a Continued Accreditation with the ACGME. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established Family Medicine Residency Program with a focus on rural medicine. Provide leadership, supervision, mentorship, education, and administrative oversight of residents. Clinical duties include all aspects of family medicine, including the physical, emotional and social health from birth through adulthood Health services ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases Call 1:5 with in-house support overnight Compensation andamp; Benefits: Bonus up-to $50,000 available Base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan Relocation allowance CME Allowance Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, CME) Retirement Plan 403(b) Plan and 457(b) and#8211; with employer matching contributions available Professional liability with tail coverage Life, Health, Dental and Vision Long-term, Short-term Disability Community: Located in the central part of Michigan's Lower Peninsula, situated in Gratiot County, approximately 30 miles northwest of Saginaw and about 20 miles southeast of Mount Pleasant.
