What You’ll Do


? Build meaningful relationships with patients through comprehensive health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
? Perform routine and preventive care including screening exams and lab testing
? Prescribe medications, treatments, and lifestyle modifications tailored to individual needs
? Provide continuity of care through follow-up visits, referrals, and education
? Collaborate closely with a team of physicians, nurses, specialists, and local health resources
? Participate in community outreach and represent our clinic at local events
? Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards

What We’re Looking For


? Minimum 1 year experience in a Primary Care setting (rural experience a plus!)
? MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school
? Completion of accredited residency and board certification in Primary Care or related field
? Licensed in the State of Michigan
? DEA and DPS certification for prescribing
? Passion for serving underserved populations and openness to MAT services
? Strong communication, collaboration, and patient education skills
