Family Medicine Hospital Based job located in Michigan

Facility is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our rural outreach clinic 
- Enjoy a standard 4.5-day work week (36 patient contact hours/4 admin hours) with no weekend or holiday requirements.
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) and a half-day Friday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
- Outpatient Only: Utilize our robust hospitalist program; no hospital coverage or rounding is required.
-  Each physician is paired with a dedicated Medical Assistant (MA). The clinic is also supported by an Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
