Job Description

Become part of a trusted, long established family medicine clinic as they seek a BE/BC FM physician to carry forward the patient panel of a retiring doctor.

Details:
  • Outpatient Family Medicine Physician with an established patient panel
  • No nights, no weekends, no on-call
  • 12-18 patients per day
  • HPSA Score: 15
  • 4-day work week supporting exceptional work-life balance
  • Brand new, state-of-the-art clinic with Epic EMR, AI scribe technology, and strong clinical support

    Compensation and Benefits:
  • $300K+ evergreen base salary guarantee, including 3% annual increases, independent of any wRVU-based compensation structure
  • Signing bonus and relocation assistance provided
  • Student loan repayment program available
  • 52 total days off annually, inclusive of federal and tribal holidays, vacation, sick time, and personal leave
