Family Practice OR Internal Medicine Physician Baxter, MN

We are looking for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join our medical practice in Baxter, MN. We can accommodate a physician looking for either full time or part time work, and our days/hours are flexible. The schedules can be arranged to suit the Physicians preferred patient base and times.

We are seeking a Physician to join our primary medical and healthcare team to provide comprehensive, compassionate primary care to patients of all ages. Must be willing to work with a multidisciplinary team.

Our dedicated team of medical providers- MDs, NPs and PAs, physical therapists and chiropractors work hard to develop a comprehensive treatment plan for each patient, regardless of their age or overall health. We also have a fully trained staff of LPNs, RNs, CMAs, and phlebotomists. We treat patients of all ages, from pediatric through adult, and offer a variety of services such as primary care, pediatrics, dermatology, women’s and men’s health, mental health and more.

Healthcare services currently provided by MDs, NPs, PAs (not all inclusive):

• Primary care patient management (diabetes, physicals, lab work, etc)
• Simple dermatology services (skin exams, mole biopsies/removals, cyst drainage, eczema, etc.)
• Pediatric visits (well-child checks, immunizations, acute illnesses, etc.)
• Women's health (IUD placement/removals, Nexplanon removal/insertions, natural family planning, etc.)
• Men's health (erectile dysfunction, etc.)
• Mental health (ADD vs ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, etc.)
• Thyroid and hormone health, and others!
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care plans

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine (MD or DO)
• Licensed to practice to MN
• Willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Schedule:

• Part time vs. Full time
• Flexible on day-to-day schedule
• No nights, weekends, holidays or on-call
• Schedules can be arranged to suit physician's preferred patient base

Salary:

• $180,000 to $250,000 per year depending on experience
