Independent, physician-owned multispecialty group of 60 providers seeks Family Medicine physician due to community growth.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
-275k guaranteed base salary
-2-year partnership track
-Flat hierarchy - All shareholders are equal
-Proven earnings in the mid- to high-400s
-40k in recruitment incentives
-Up to 43.5k in profit sharing helps shareholders maximize their pretax retirement savings!
-5 weeks PTO (7 weeks year 3 and up to 9 weeks year 15)
-6 paid holidays
-12 early-out / late-in days
