Job Description
This collegial group of 11 Family Medicine physicians is excited to welcome a new colleague to their well-established practice!
Bustling medical campus just north of Minneapolis, MN, affiliated w top non-profit, physician-led health system
Easy access to specialists right on campus - Onc, Card, ENT, Uro, Allergy, Pulm, Neph & more
100% Outpatient (option to incorporate some Hospitalist shifts if desired)
Current FM physicians span all ages/stages. Group is highly tenured & has an excellent history of retention
Personalized Mentorship - you'll be paired with a hand-selected physician colleague committed to help you successfully acclimate to your new practice
Comprehensive orientation - EMR & coding training, shadowing opportunities, very gradual ramp up. No one is getting "thrown into the deep end" here!

1:1 or 2:1 dedicated nursing support per physician
Epic EMR, Dragon Dictation & Dax CoPilot (generative AI)
Outstanding earning potential: 375K+ on average, top earners surpassing 500K+
