Job Description
$500,000+ comp/incentive package and include subspecialty interest in your practice at a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital in a lake community in Minnesota
Opportunity Details:
Outpatient practice with some inpatient follow-up
An established team of 11 primary care physicians and 20 advanced practice providers
Manageable 16-20 patients per day with ancillary provider support
Compensation Details:
$250,000-$300,000+ earning potential from a guaranteed base salary and production incentive bonuses
$200,000 Sign On Bonus, retention, loan; bundled
Relocation Assistance - $15,000
