Job Description
An established health system in Minnesota is actively recruiting family medicine or internal medicine physicians for multiple practice locations across the state. These full-scope roles offer the opportunity to practice a rewarding mix of outpatient, inpatient, and ER medicine, or opt for outpatient-only depending on the site.
Position Highlights:
- Base salary up to $350,000, depending on site and scope
- $100-150k ?Incentive/retention loans?, based on the area and type of practice
- Traditional primary care settings ? mix of clinic, inpatient, and ER (site-dependent)
- Option for outpatient-only practice in select locations
- Supportive teams with experienced APPs and subspecialty outreach
- Reasonable call schedules with many sites offering 4-day work weeks
