Multi-specialty group in northern Minnesota is seeking a Family Medicine physician with surgical OB training to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player that is interested in building a combined family medicine/OBGYN team to cover needs at a regional medical complex. Approx annual births: 250.  Remote fetal monitoring.  Family Medicine with surgical OB & OB's provide back up for C sections.  Market leading pay & relocation offered. Substantial benefit package, minimum of 6 weeks off per year.  Nurse Online Triage 24/7.  On-site Chronic Disease Management nursing support.  Admit to adjacent Essentia Health Virginia Hospital: 30 beds, Level I Nursery, Level IV Trauma center and certified Stroke Ready facility.  Call required.  EPIC integrated with Essentia system.  OB fellowship offered.  Compensation: $323,400; hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production based compensation.
