Family Medicine job located in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Minnesota healthcare system is seeking a Family Medicine physician for a hybrid outpatient/inpatient role. Clinic shifts are Monday-Friday with inpatient rounding done at a local critical access hospital located on the same campus. Starting Salary: $323,400.  Starting bonus of $150,000.  1.0 FTE is 36 patient contact hours, or 32 patient contact hours if doing inpatient..  Clinic Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.  Average Clinic Patients per day: 18-20.  Average Procedures per day: 1-2.  Average census at hospital is 5-8.  Physicians have the option to pick up emergency room shifts (average volume is 8-12 per day).  Outreach potentially required.  40 minutes to Bemidji, 1 hour to Grand Forks, 3 hours to Winnipeg.
