Family Medicine job located in Minnesota

Position Highlights

Outpatient Primary Care with minor hospital and ER coverage

Enjoy a 4-day work week with 32 patient facing hours

Moderate patient volume of 15-18 patients per day allows time to get to know your patients

Low volume 1:5 call rotation

Compensation

Base salary: $300,000 - $320,000

$120,000+ recruiting incentives

Guaranteed, ongoing base salary plus production bonus with total earning potential to $400,000+

7+ weeks of PTO, plus sick leave, and 5 CME days

Additional Emergency Medicine coverage available with significant supplemental compensation
