Job Description

The Opportunity
  • Outpatient-Focused Practice with Inpatient and Nursing Home Opportunities
  • 4 days per week in clinic with dedicated support from LPN/CMA with additional RN support for inbox and care coordination
  • Hospitalist coverage 1 week out of every 3 (clinic schedule blocked for the first 2 hours each morning to allow inpatient rounds)
  • No overnight call after 8 PM
  • Opportunity for Nursing Home Medical Director leadership role

    Compensation and Benefits
  • Guaranteed base salary for 3-years
  • $100,000 retention bonus
  • $25,000 sign on bonus
  • $15,000 relocation assistance
  • 8 weeks PTO
