Family Medicine practice near the Lake of the Ozarks, MO is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their team of 1 other Physician and 2 APPs. With young families moving to join an aging population in Pettis and surrounding counties, a great opportunity exists for a family physician to practice in a growing market offering patients of all ages. Clinic hours: Monday and#8211; Friday, 7 a.m. and#8211; 6 p.m. Patient volume goal is 20-22 per day, range can be from 14-25 on average Each clinician has an MA or LPN Hospitalist team will provide in-patient coverage Procedures done in office: Punch Biopsy, womenand#8217;s health (no OB), toenail removal, suturing Equipment in office: EKG, Imaging center on-site with CT, x-ray, ultrasound capabilities, 3D mammo Call: Only phone calls; this is rotated with several other clinics; it is about 1:9 but varies See all ages EMR and#8211; Meditech Expanse Over 30 specialties on staff offer support Compensation andamp; Benefits: Guaranteed for two years on a three year contract wRVU Bonus begins immediately and threshold is set according to the salary Health, Dental, Vision Long Term disability and life insurance provided by employer with option to purchase additional Paid Malpractice and Tail at 2m/6m limits 403b Retirement matching to 4% Paid time off of 256 hours annually for physicians CME: $4000 annual allowance $1500 Professional dues/affiliations/organizations $15K for relocation Loan Repayment: hospital will provide a monthly award to be used for student loan repayment; This site is also NHSC approved so candidates can apply for additional loan repayment; HPSA (as of 9/2021): 17 (primary care) About the Community:This community is centrally located between 3 great cities in Missouri - just 90 minutes to: Kansas City, Columbia, and Springfield and 30 miles southwest of Sedalia.
