Job Description
Non-profit hospital near Rolla, Missouri is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join their growing team.
The Opportunity
Outpatient primary care position with optional hospitalist/inpatient shifts
Office procedures welcomed

Compensation and Benefits
Base range: $350,000 - $372,000 (dependent on experience)
$25,000 sign on bonus
$25,000 retention bonus paid out at year 3 of employment
$20,000 relocation stipend for out-of-state, $10,000 for in-state
$1,200 - $3,000 residency stipend
Student loan repayment: HPSA Score of 16 + Student Loan Repayment Program through the state of Missouri
6 weeks PTO year 1, 8 weeks PTO years 2 & 3
CME and licensure reimbursement: $6,500, 1 week on top of PTO
Full suite of health benefits, 401k with 4% match and 457 plan available
