The Opportunity
Design your ideal practice: Blend outpatient care, inpatient rounding, and ER shifts
Work alongside a collegial team of 3 physicians and 5 APPs in a collaborative, mission-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits
Proven earning potential of $500K+
Generous sign-on bonus, plus quality-based performance bonuses
Exceptional loan repayment: Up to $60K/year for 3 years through HPSA, plus PSLF eligibility
CME support: 5 days + $5,000 annually
