(Login for Information)’s, (Aspen Medical) is seeking a Primary Care Physician and visionary Leader to join our team as an Associate Medical Director. This position entails a blend of clinical practice in an outpatient clinic setting and administrative/medical leadership responsibilities to ensure the delivery of quality, patient centric healthcare services in a vibrant, rural Community.

About the Role:

Support our newest acquisition, (Aspen Medical) group with 2 outpatient medical facilities.  The role focuses on outpatient-based care within a supportive environment that values professional autonomy and involvement in organizational decision-making.  This is your opportunity to create a distinct company culture centered on organizational values and foster strong engagement with Providers, referral partners and patients. 

Primary Care – Family Medicine (80%):

- Outpatient-based care with no inpatient call duties

- Episodic, preventive, and acute services

- Assess and treat all ages groups, (infant to geriatrics)

- Provider group supported by 8 APPs for collaborative care

- Opportunity for growth with over 30,000 office visits annually

- Team-Based Care model to reduce burnout and enhance patient outcomes

- Comprehensive specialty coverage including: orthopedics, cardiology, ENT, oncology, and more.

Administrative (20%):

-Medical leadership in the development of strategies, systems, and processes

- Develop KPI’s and performance improvement

-Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies, protocols, and  best practices. 

-Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and integrate medical services

-Monitor and evaluate the clinical performance of medical staff

-Collaborative relationship with all Convergence Leaders, Associates, and partner organizations to enhance and advance system initiatives

-Dyad partnership with the Administrator to set and establish goals

-Monitor and drive improvements in patient safety, quality, satisfaction and access, employee culture, and operational efficiency by identifying, planning, and facilitating continuous improvement activities together with staff leadership and Providers

-Drive participation in and provide leadership to continuous improvement teams that facilitate organizational learning through joint problem solving by Providers, front line staff and leadership team

-Work collaboratively with management teams to drive value-based performance

Qualifications:

Family Medicine Board Certified/Board Eligible MD or DO

Active, unencumbered Medical License in Nevada or ability to obtain prior to employment.

Comfortable with all age groups, (infants through geriatrics)

A minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience, with demonstrated leadership experience, and interest in Physician leadership required.

DEA License

BLS/ACLS
