Family Medicine job located in Nevada

An opportunity is available with a value-based care organization located in Las Vegas. The practice is seeking a board-certified MD or DO in Primary Care with prior clinical experience to join its expanding physician team.

The organization operates under a value-based care model emphasizing preventive medicine, chronic disease management, care coordination, and quality performance metrics. Physicians practice in an outpatient setting supported by interdisciplinary clinical staff, with structured workflows designed to support patient panel management and continuity of care.

10-15 patients per day, mainly a geriatric patient population.

Outpatient Only, 4 Day Work Week.

1-1.5 MA's to each provider.

No Nights, No Weekends.
