Family Medicine job located in New Mexico

A thriving and stable group of 6 Physicians and 6 APPs are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to practice in a primary care setting. This is a quality-of-life position for those who want lower patient volumes, high practice autonomy, and a 4-day work week.

This community in Northern New Mexico has the highest number of PhD's per capita in the United States, is known to be very safe, and has great access to hiking, camping, snow-skiing, and being outdoors.

The Position:

4-day work week, Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri

Low daily patient volumes of 14-16 per day

Practice alongside 6 physicians and 6 APPs

Compensation includes Base Salary with a Partnership option after 1 year, total income between $260-280K

Sign-on/Relocation of $40K, Full and Comprehensive Benefits, Retirement Package, PTO, and CME
