This Indian Health Services facility provides comprehensive primary care services to the community with established protocols for routine medical care. The facility operates during standard business hours and serves patients of all ages requiring both preventive care and management of various medical conditions.

Mescalero offers visitors outdoor recreation opportunities including fishing, zip-lining, golf, and scenic trail exploration around Grindstone Lake and the Sacramento Mountains area. The area features gaming facilities at the Inn Of The Mountain Gods Resort And Casino, along with water activities such as kayaking and paddle boating on Lake Mescalero. Clinicians will provide comprehensive family medicine services Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, managing approximately 20-30 patients daily including both scheduled appointments and walk-in patients of all ages. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, delivering standard primary care services, and managing diverse medical conditions while maintaining accurate documentation. The position requires board certification negotiable status with no call requirements and involves working within the Indian Health Services framework.
