Perm - Physician - Family Medicine Needed in Stillwater, NY

Start Date: Upon credentialing

Job Description:

ThePhysician will:

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages (pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics)
• Manage chronic illnesses, acute conditions, and injuries
• Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling
• Collaborate with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
• Participate in a light call rotation supported by RN triage
• Optionally engage in medical education (teaching 1st-year med students, precepting NP/PA students)
• Have opportunities for involvement in hospital medicine and administrative leadership

Compensation and Incentives:

• Base Salary: $250,000 – $260,000 (commensurate with experience/qualifications)
• Productivity Model: Bonus eligible from Day 1
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000, paid in full with first paycheck
• Retention Bonus: $25,000 at start of year two

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual-certified in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics
• Active NY License (or willing to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of Primary Care experience
• Clean malpractice and licensing history – NO exceptions
• No lapsed board certifications

Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible
• ACLS
• DEA License
