This federally qualified health center provides comprehensive primary care services to the community with dedicated medical assistant and nursing support staff. The facility operates during standard business hours and maintains professional standards for quality outpatient healthcare delivery with efficient clinical operations and a 30-day credentialing process.

The physician will provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages in a federally qualified health center environment, managing diverse primary care needs including chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, preventive healthcare services, and routine examinations. Clinical duties include conducting thorough patient evaluations, performing physical examinations and vaccinations, managing chronic medical conditions, and maintaining accurate medical documentation while seeing approximately 3 patients per hour. The clinician will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no call requirements, collaborating with medical assistants and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes within the FQHC primary care delivery framework.
