Our client, a Value Based preventative medicine clinic based in Brooklyn, NY, is looking for a Primary Care Physician to join their growing team. You will provide local Medicare patient populations with comprehensive preventive care, including personalized wellness plans, integrated health services, and educational and social activities to support overall health and well-being.Single Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient only.  Competitive Annual Salary.  Quality Bonus production incentives.  Signing Bonus available, contact us for details.  Relocation Bonus available.  CME time and $5,000 available.  Up to 6 weeks of PTO available.  Experience with Geriatric primary care, ideally Medicare.  A strong interest in practicing Value-Based Healthcare ?? ideally you will have some experience.  Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.  Ability to work closely with APP's ?? APP's work at the ??top of their field" at this organization.  Medical Directorship opportunities available.  Team are currently migrating to EPIC from a proprietary EHR.  Salary range: $240-290k base, sign on bonus, annual bonus, relocation and benefits are in addition to the base range..  Must speak fluent medical Spanish.
