This federally qualified health center provides comprehensive primary care services to the community with established protocols for routine medical care. The facility operates during regular business hours and maintains systems for standard primary care delivery with dedicated support staff including medical assistants and registered nurses. The center serves patients of all ages requiring both preventive care and management of various medical conditions.

The region offers diverse attractions including Central Park, The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum, theaters, and guided city tours. Visitors can experience the Maid of the Mist Boat Ride at Niagara Falls State Park and explore the Buffalo & Erie County Botanical Gardens in the Greater Niagara area. The Mid-Hudson Valley provides opportunities for dinner cruises, sightseeing excursions, and marathon events throughout the year.

The physician will provide comprehensive family medicine services to patients of all ages Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break, managing approximately 3 patients per hour. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, delivering standard primary care services, and managing diverse medical conditions while maintaining accurate medical documentation. The position requires board certification and involves no call requirements. The physician will work collaboratively with the medical director, medical assistants, and registered nurses within the federally qualified health center framework.
