This skilled nursing facility provides comprehensive healthcare services to geriatric patients with established protocols for long-term care delivery. The facility operates during standard business hours and maintains dedicated support staff to ensure quality patient care within a professional medical environment. The physician will provide comprehensive family medicine services to geriatric patients Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, managing approximately 20-25 patients daily with flexibility in scheduling. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing diverse medical conditions, and delivering routine primary care services to an all-geriatric patient population. The position requires board certification preferred with consideration for truly board eligible candidates and involves working collaboratively with advanced practice clinicians, registered nurses, and medical assistants. Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is strongly preferred for this role.
