This federally qualified health center provides outpatient primary care services to the community in New York. The facility is staffed by medical assistants, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and a site supporter to maintain clinical operations. As an FQHC, the clinic is committed to delivering accessible healthcare services within a professional medical environment.

New York offers a range of notable attractions, including Central Park, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and sightseeing cruises along its waterways. Visitors may explore the area through hop-on hop-off bus tours, open-air markets, rooftop bars, and outdoor festivals. The region also serves as a venue for events such as the Tribeca Film Festival and the FIFA World Cup 2026.

The physician will provide comprehensive family medicine services Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break, totaling 35 hours per week, managing an average of 20-25 patients per day in an outpatient primary care setting. Clinical responsibilities include delivering primary care services to patients of all ages, with a preference for clinicians who can serve newborns through geriatrics, though clinicians who see adults only will also be considered. No call coverage is required for this position. Required credentials include board certification, an active New York medical license, DEA registration, BLS certification, and Medicaid enrollment; Spanish bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.
