Family Medicine job located in Albany, New York

Our client in Southwestern Vermont is seeking a Family Medicine Residency Program Director to lead a a new residency program, anticipated to start in 2029 with 6 residents. Located just minutes from the Berkshires and Albany, with a metro of close to 1 million.Program anticipated to start in 2029- start date for position to be negotiated- likely in 2027..  Full-Time position with 50% dedicated time to program development and 50% to clinical service.  Strong understanding of ACGME's program requirements and a passion for GME.  Lead the ACGME application process, hiring core faculty, supporting the construction of the new clinic site and partnering with GME leadership to secure offsite rotations.  At least five (5) years of clinical practice experience and three (3) years of family medicine residency experience as a Program Director, Assistant Program Director or core faculty member.  $325K Base Salary.  $50K Sign on Bonus.  100-bed non-profit hospital that is part of a regional system.  Comprehensive benefits package.
