This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) provides outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages in New York. The facility operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours and maintains established clinical protocols to support quality care delivery. On-site support staff includes a dedicated medical assistant and registered nurses to assist with daily clinical operations.

New York offers a range of notable attractions suited to diverse interests, from the expansive grounds of Central Park and the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art to the natural scenery of Niagara Falls and the Hudson River Valley. Visitors may also explore the wineries of the Finger Lakes Region, the beaches of Long Island, and cultural destinations such as the AKG Art Museum and the Buffalo Zoo. The state's varied geography supports both urban amenities and rural outdoor pursuits, providing options for clinicians with a range of personal interests.

Clinicians will provide outpatient family medicine services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Clinical responsibilities include delivering primary care across the full age spectrum and managing approximately 18-20 patients per day. No call coverage is required for this position. Board certification, an active New York license, a DEA registration, and prescriptive authority are required; candidates must have previous outpatient primary care experience and be prepared to contribute from day one.
