Seeking a part time Family Practice / Internal Medicine Physician for primary Care practice In Farmingville, New York 11738
Looking for a Physician 1-2 days per week
Patient schedule is 2-3 patients per hour
Must be able to see patients 12 years old and up
Pay rate is $100/hour
