A Mid Sized Hospital is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in North Carolina.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no call required. The daily caseload consists of 14 to 17 patients, with the last appointment scheduled at 3:45 PM. Skills required include general primary care functions, follow-up on chronic conditions, ordering appropriate labs and diagnostic procedures, managing pain for both current and new patients, initiating plans of care, performing laceration repairs, incision and drainage, and prescribing appropriate medications.
