- Flexible schedule -- 3-hour shifts available during late afternoon/evening until 9 pm
- 2-4 patient consults per hour with 10 - 15 minute visits
- 100% telehealth position
- Weekend availability desired but not required
- Hormone therapy experience preferred
- New patient consultations only
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
