This nursing home facility provides comprehensive healthcare services to the geriatric population with established protocols for compliance-driven care requirements. The facility operates with appropriate medical support staff and maintains systems for federally mandated healthcare services across multiple locations within the region.

Clinicians will provide comprehensive family medicine services to geriatric patients across four nursing home facilities, managing 20-25 patients daily during 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM shifts four days per week. Clinical responsibilities focus on compliance-driven visits including H&Ps and federally required visits flagged in the system as priority requirements for physician completion. The position includes call coverage from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with calls routed to advanced practice clinicians, and administrative responsibilities totaling approximately 40 hours per month across all buildings with monthly call rotation and weekend call coverage. Clinicians will travel to one facility per day with facilities located 0.5 miles apart and others within 1.5 hours distance.
