Job Description

Position Highlights:
Outpatient-only primary care
4-day workweek (open to a 3-day work week)
16 patients per day (never more than 18)
Join a collegial team of long-tenured clinicians, including two NPs (one with 8 years of experience)
Open to Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or General practitioner
Part of an ACO, emphasizing quality over volume
AthenaOne EMR
Mental health provider onsite
Additional opportunity to pick up hospital work on weekends for extra income
Compensation & Benefits:
$180,000 annual salary
5-10% annual bonus based on ACO performance
Total earning potential: $189,000-$198,000
100% employer-paid health insurance
Loan repayment opportunities
Up to $5,000 in sign-on/relocation assistance
