Job Description

(Login for Information) is seeking a quality-driven family nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our rural health clinic in Stanly County, North Carolina. This full-time opportunity (5 days per week) offers the stability of a consistent schedule, the autonomy of primary care practice, and the fulfillment that comes from serving a close-knit rural community.

About the Role
In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. You will manage acute and chronic conditions, emphasize preventive care, and build trusted, long-term relationships with patients and families.

You will enjoy clinical autonomy within a collaborative care model, supported by (Login for Information)?s experienced clinical and operational leadership. Compensation is estimated salary range of $141,000 - $147,000 annually, plus uncapped productivity-based earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including histories and physical exams
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Deliver preventive care and routine health maintenance
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
  • Provide care to patients of all ages, including pediatric and infant populations
  • Educate patients and families on wellness, disease prevention, and chronic care management
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

Qualifications
  • Board-certified FNP or PA
  • Active North Carolina license (or eligibility) and DEA
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in a primary care setting preferred
  • Ability and willingness to provide care to patients of all ages, including infants
  • Strong clinical judgment with a patient-centered approach
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Interest in rural or community-based healthcare
