COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)

• $310k base + Plus Production. (Base Never Goes Away)
• 20,00 Sign-On Bonus.

• 100% Outpatient
• Brand-New Health Center opening December 2026
• Light Call (1:7) - Phone Call Only Nurse Triages
• Average 15-20 Patients per day - Focus on Quality Care
• 4.5-day work week for an optimal work-life balance

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)

• Board Eligible / Board Certified FM or IM
• MD/DO
• FM or IM
• North Carolina License (or ability to obtain)
