- Join a team with another physician and 2 mid levels
- Call is 1:4 and limited to nursing home questions and after hours
- Optional inpatient rounding at hospital .5 miles from clinic
- Onsite services include physical therapy, dietitian, path/lab, radiology, imaging, and more
- Board certified or eligible
