Position Details:

- 100% Outpatient; no weekends or holidays required
- Shared Call among Providers 
- Flexible scheduling with full-time options, featuring 8- or 10-hour shifts
- Autonomous practice supported by experienced and helpful staff
- Beautiful, modern clinic, with additional sites planned
- Stationary practice at a single clinic site without the need to travel to other locations

Basic Qualifications:

• Successful completion of Family Medicine or General Internal Medicine residency training
• Board Certified or Eligible
• Eligible for State of Ohio medical license
