This Federally Qualified Health Center provides comprehensive primary care services to the community with established protocols for routine medical care. The facility operates during regular business hours and maintains systems for standard primary care delivery with dedicated support staff. The clinic serves patients of all ages requiring both preventive care and management of common medical conditions.

This area features prominent attractions including the National Museum of the US Air Force, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park, along with sports venues like Huntington Bank Field and Progressive Field. The clinician will provide comprehensive family medicine services to patients of all ages in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting, managing 2-3 patients daily Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with no call requirements. Clinical responsibilities include conducting routine patient evaluations and delivering standard primary care services while maintaining accurate medical documentation. The position requires Ohio licensure and DEA registration with expedited credentialing available within 2 weeks. The clinician will collaborate with the medical director, nursing staff, and front desk personnel to ensure optimal patient outcomes within the FQHC framework.
